For many women, it is not unusual to be inundated with stories and images that childbirth is a painful and difficult ordeal that we must suffer through. This pervasive belief then causes fears about the expectation of pain in childbirth, which can create tension in our bodies that can lead to pain, which then leads to more fear, more tension, and more pain: the Fear-Tension-Pain Cycle.
HypnoBirthing® incorporates childbirth education (learning about how your body is perfectly designed to give birth) and hypnosis (bringing your mind and body into a relaxed state). It is quite simply teaching your body and your mind to relax, to let go of fears and to work with and allow the perfect and powerful mechanisms that are inherently part of our bodies to bring our babies into the world in a calm and gentle way.
In this 5-class course you will:
