We are open for business and happy to welcome you back into the clinic for in-person treatments. During the phased restart plan laid out by the Province of BC, we are taking extra precaution to ensure we are providing a healthy and safe environment for our clients, staff and therapists.
What to expect before and during your appointment:
You will need to complete our COVID-19 screening questionnaire prior to each appointment. You will be able to do this either via the electronic form sent to you 24 hours prior to your appointment or in the clinic prior to going into your treatment room.
We will be limiting 2 people in the waiting area at one time. Please wait outside the clinic if there are already people in our waiting area.
All therapists will be wearing masks during your appointments.
We require all clients to wear a mask when entering the clinic. Please bring your own, or we will have cloth masks available for purchase at the front desk.
All people entering the clinic will be required to use the hand sanitizer or wash their hands on entering the clinic and before going into their treatment.
We ask that if you are over 19, that you attend your appointment on your own. If there are special circumstances that require you to attend your appointment with another person, please let us know prior to your appointment.
Hand sanitizer is available throughout the clinic for staff and clients to use at any time.
We will be disinfecting/sanitizing the treatment rooms between each client and regularly disinfecting/sanitizing common areas throughout the day as recommended by Health Canada and the BC Centre for Disease Control.
We request that you try to refrain from using our washroom facilities where possible.
We ask that if you experience any onset of illness/sickness prior to your appointment that you cancel your appointment for the safety of our staff, therapists and our community. There will be no late cancellation charges due to recent onset of sickness.
We have online payments and booking features that we encourage you to use where possible to limit traffic in our waiting area
Online Tele-health appointments are still available for physiotherapy and counselling appointments as an alternative to an in-person appointment.
